we got a new SM a few weeks ago & had a meeting w her recently just to chat about the store. she said she got the staff list and asked where the rest of it was….and that we’ve been running a store on <50% staffing for how long???? she *literally* asked us why we’re still here & said she wouldve been long gone if she was a barista at this store. but at least she has a plan :’)
