I hate the people that go from register to checking every drink at handoff. Even worse are the people who blindly taste them all just to find theirs.

More like:

"caramel macchiato for Leah!"

"Is that mine?"

"What's your name?"

"Gerald"

"..."

I recently watched someone take another person's drink and then come back to the counter angry that it wasn't the right drink. Imagine that.

I had a few customers that took their drink and got two other fraps in the counter that they dint order. And when we told them something they where like “it was next to mine so I’m guessing there mine too” 🤦🏻‍♂️

I had someone lift an iced Americano instead of a caramel cream, despite me calling out a different name for it, like how much more different could you get?

My favorite is when people say “I was supposed to have three drinks” and I get the privilege of saying “actually, if you look on the sticker, it says two of two. Which means you must have only ordered two drinks. Sorry”.

Lol today I was DTO and looking for a drive thru order and this guy waved me down and he was like this is my drink but it’s not my name… and I was like?? Then that’s not your drink, it’s probably still being made. He wasn’t happy but I walked away with the mobile order that was at drive through. Like clearly he could read… was he going to take someone else’s drink?!
