To you it's not common. To someone who's new, who knows. I'm new, and I follow the sticker to the letter, cause I'm panicked I'll get something wrong. I'm not going to question the sticker if I see repeats. I get that you think you'd start to see a pattern, but like I said, to someone who's new, I'd never vary from the sticker. Also, if noone asked for a repeat or a drink to be remade, I wouldn't catch the mistakes. Just give them some more patience, please.

Sounds like understaffing, like someone should still be close by the GB, not to train but just keep an eye out. Bar person cant keep questioning and coaching while making a million drinks imo

exactly…if i’m swamped on bar (especially if i’m solo barring!!!) i’m 1) not going to be concerned about focusing on a pattern, but to get drinks out fast and 2) have time to walk over after every drink to coach. if i notice an issue with drinks being rang up incorrectly i’ll grab my shift and tell them “hey, this person isn’t ringing up drinks correctly and i’ve had to remake almost every sticker i’ve gotten”
