Not necessarily. In my old district our DM told us we can’t limit the amount of sales people want to buy. Some DM’s unfortunately do not care and only want money, it’s possible thats the case here. Not saying I agree with it, but some DMs are like that

lol it’s the tumblers and other cups that get seasonally released they were buying. they’re big collectors items and have high resale value so people buy them and put them on ebay and in fb groups, etc.
