caramel macchiatos get 1 less pump of vanilla than lattes. I see baristas doing the full pumps all the time. Not a huge deal but it’s not the recipe lol.
Also, I’m pretty sure that all milk in hot lattes are supposed to be steamed like flat whites now (I remember seeing it in a update a while back). So basically with a smooth micro-foam.
Hot chais DO get half water half steamed milk, just like any other tea latte, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
The horchata frap is technically still on the menu, and it’s not really as common so I’ll give you the recipe (its actually really good for a frap). It’s a coffee frap with almond milk, cinnamon dolce (hot bar pumps are 1-2-2), whipped cream, cinnamon dolce topping and caramel drizzle.
The green tea frap and strawberry creme both get classic syrup.
Hope this helps!
