If you want to get negative & technical it's spelled wrong on the bottle too. "Si Racha" is how Westerners spell ศรีราชา. Westernizing of Thai (the sauce origin) or Vietnamese (the sauce creator) characters & sounds into English is not a perfect science. 🇹🇭

Yes. I acknowledged the Vietnamese - American creator. I'm tired of people correcting innocent typos. That was the point. Not the sauce or label. And the label has MANY languages on it. You have missed the point entirely.
