I honestly thought I was gonna stick for my last 2 weeks but instead I dipped because of the constant miscommunication and how fake some partners are. (I put my 2 weeks and said I would leave at sept 12. One of my partners texted me that the manager said "I'm not going to work my last 2 weeks and if I wanted to give him my hours. So I stormed in my store and just basically said, screw this I'm out, take em.) Honestly, I'm sad but then again I'm also happy because I don't have to hear any last minute b.s **call outs (NO COVERAGE!), anymore "Oh, please stay for an extra hour!" while the manager / shift are chilling in the back, No more forget to pay when doing an extra shift, etc.**

So again, it sucks but then again I'm free and am already hired for another job.

SUB: Also this goes out to all the bad managers; **The reason why your customer connection score is so low is often not cause the long term partners, it's because of the new beans who be on their phone, don't put in the work and constantly checks the time to clock out ON THE DOT!** :3
