how many baristas do you usually have on bar? (self.starbucksbaristas)

i’m just curious…we usually have 1 on the whole bar for DT, cafe and mobile at night. 2 on drive bar for morning peak. if we’re lucky we get a DT bar & cafe/mobile at night…but it rarely happens.

in a dream world, at least during peak, we have one on hot, one on cold, and one on drive bad. usually it's one person on all three though.

Wow, totally different play than us. If you have two on drive plus front bopping over to make espresso beverages/refreshers/teas/Frappuccinos and a 4th presumably on mobile, that’s 4 on bar. For us front will only get black pike, maybe cream too but even that puts them in the way of bar partners. Front for us gets food and works the cafe POS

At our high-volume drive thru store we try to have (during peak): 1 drive bar, 1 cafe/mobile (they share middle bar but prioritize drive drinks), and 1 cold bar. Usually drops to a 2-bar or solo bar around midday due to poor scheduling but will flex people to help if they are able to

at my transfer store, during peak we would have 4 people on bar so 2 drive 2 mobile/cafe and at my main store we have 3 on peak, 2 drive and 1 mobile/cafe

14,000 thousand drive thru store here… we had five people on bar today during a rush, 1 on mobile hot, 1 on drive thru hot, 1 on cafe hot, 1 on frap bar and 1 on espresso bar. We have three espresso machines, 2 bars, and for about 15 minutes we had 6 total people :) it was hell

Generally one person on DT bar and if we are able or just really busy (which is a lot) we put someone on bar 2.. and to me it makes sense that the bar 2 does everything popping out of the other sticker machine (cafe, mobile & delivery), so we can both stick to one machine but sometimes my shifts decide that bar 1 (DT) should be all hot drinks and bar 2 should be all cold drinks but it becomes a mess IMO because we’re exchanging drinks and stickers back and forth like y do we have to do this???

For my store yesterday (Saturday) during peak we did 10k in sales and had bar 1, bar 2, dedicated bar3(cold bar), and a bar back. At night usually 2 people

We're Cafe only, and it varies a lot. When it's slow, we'll only have three ppl working so one planted bar, one register/warming, one support/bar. When it's busy, we'll have more ppl so 2-3 cold bar and 2 on hot bar (plus 2 register, 1 warming, 1 support)
