Had a partner come through drive thru from a different store giving us step by step instructions on how to make the sweet cream foam foamy enough. Told us to use the 4 button twice and to make sure the sweet cream is mixed. Like you little fuck, all three of us on the floor at the time worked with the company longer than you have. We know what we're doing. I'm surprised she didn't say we had to use one from the fridge and not that's been sat out.

must’ve been a new partner... i had a few partners with newer numbers, and i swear they are just as bad as regular customers... i love my green beans but please have your head on your shoulders when you walk through the doors

Find out their home store and give 'em a call so that they're aware of how their partners are treating people at other stores.

We've had super rude new partners come back very much polite after calling. And sometimes they don't come back with partner numbers if it's enough of a repeat problem at enough locations.

Bruh a partner came in yesterday and added 3 things at the window before giving us her numbers, one of them being her bean markout. Like bitch really? Holding up our drive thru because your stupid ass couldn't do that before your drive up to the window. People need to learn how to stop adding shit at the window. Like when I go to a random starbucks on a random time I make sure I order everything I need at the speakerbox so I don't disrupt the work flow. Be fucking considerate to other partners.
