Don’t worry I felt the same when I started drive-thru. It’ll get super easy after a few days. It’s basically just doing front register but with a headset on so don’t get too nervous! Just try to make sure you can find your own rhythm with taking orders and also ringing out customers at the window.

ask questions if you need help, everyone has been new at one point. i know thats super general but its true. you might feel annoying without actually being annoying - its a part of being new.

I was lucky enough to work at a SB without a window, but yea no you’ll hate your life and every morning you put on that apron you’ll look at yourself and wonder if it’s worth it. But on the bright side you’re gonna learn some super neat drink combinations and you won’t go into a Starbucks ever again and even bother to look at the menu
