i got a second job and literally work like 45 hrs combined and make more than i ever made as a shift lift and on top of that being a shift was so stressful our SM is understaffing us like crazy despite sales almost tripling at this point. also had a problem with doing uncomfortable things like staying in a store without power with all my baristas for 4 hrs until the power finally came back on an hour before close 😐
