I love making those and they come in to an empty cup of foamy milk. Or people who try to play the system by ordering a grande nitro in a venti cup.

i make the “in a venti cup” drinks in grande cups then dump them in the venti cup or i just use the middle line for milk and put the size scoop of ice. also someone once asked for a venti chai but split into two tall cups (bc it was cheaper) so they both had a good 3/4 inch of room at the top but if that’s what they asked for then they’re gonna get ut

I have a regular who gets a trenta pink drink with heavy cream instead of coconut milk AND requests light ice. Like, your girl is just over here drinking a whole ass carton of heavy cream with some strawberries in it. You do you I guess, it's not like it's particularly complicated or anything but I'd be SO sick if I did that.

I have a customer who gets a trenta pink drink, w/ no strawberries, and soy milk instead of coconut milk, and no ice… then always asks for more soy milk at the handoff once she drinks some because the strawberry taste is too strong??? Like just order a cup of soy milk at that point with strawberry base in it 😭

Orange juice and espresso together is actually a thing. Not at Starbucks, but just in general. I used to work at a cafe that had a special drink with fresh OJ and shots in it. I think it’s gross but a lot of people LOVE it.

My partner has espresso in their matcha bubble tea and honestly it's difficult for me to make it 🤢 (homemade not bux, but I'm surprised they haven't jumped on the bubble tea trend. It's very easy to make)

A person once ordered an iced black americano with peach syrup 🤢 I asked if he was sure and he said yeah it's surprisingly amazing. I made him his then made myself a small one to try and it was unsurprisingly awful. I wonder if these people taste the same things sometimes.
