I was able to take my time for baby bonding earlier this year. A company named sedwick handles leaves for Starbucks. Depending on you situation the amount of time is different so I don’t know exactly, I’d talk to my manger for more details

FMLA is a federal thing, so yes you can be eligible.
Are you asking about parental leave?
If so, yes! Even if you’re not eligible for FMLA you can be eligible for parental leave at Starbucks - 6weeks paid and 12 unpaid - as long as you’re benefits eligible. I just got off maternity leave so feel free to ask me questions about it :)
