Customer harassment.... what's the line? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I had an issue at my store today and demanded documentation to protect myself finally as line was crossed.
We all the occasional customer thats just hard to deal with right?
A while back I had an issue with a customer making me cry. I made a face and she went off. I get it this happens we are doing a lot at once and maybe i did make a face through my mask at something in the work environment?
The few times since she visited the store I have dodged interaction. That same customer today accused me of assault for "throwing change at her". Mgmt had my back and could tell the change fell between the car and the window. They also did what they could saying I don't have to interact with this customer any more.
The issue is they accused me of assalting them this time around. As no verbal harrasment (slurs or curse words) has occurred the store cannot ban this customer. I am worried I could be accused of a crime or lose my job at this point.
Any wisdom for these situations is appreciated!

Use the iPad and fill out an incident report anytime something like this happens. It gives you documentation for later, in case someone turns this around on you. I would go ahead and put one in for the change incident just in case she pressed the assault issue. Do it sooner rather than later and make sure you have the right date and a close estimation of time.
