When you actually sign up for benefits there’s a screen to add others, I believe on there you’ll provide proof. When I was on my ex-partners insurance years ago he had to sign an affidavit attesting that we qualified but otherwise they didn’t want any proof. He didn’t work for the bux tho so the documentation may be different.
