Your manager prints out the schedule on paper in the back room right? Take a picture of that to go off of

this ^^ we just got a new SM who realllly likes to change schedules the night before someone’s shift and get mad when they don’t show up on time. we’ve all had to start looking at the paper copy and keeping it as proof

Hell no. I would talk directly to my dm to ask them to quit that (with anonymity) it’s so disrespectful and a “schedule change” shouldn’t be required unless there’s an emergency. The 3 weeks advantage is enough if they’re a decent manager

They’ve been at our store for 2 weeks now (which they came ~2 weeks before officially transferring to get our availability to be “prepared”) 😬 they don’t respect our availability AT ALL and we’ve also gone through 3 DMs in the last two months. We’ve regularly been running 4 partner plays from open-3ish, and then a 3 partner play from 3ish-close. We should just shut down at this point tbh
