If a customer orders a T/G/V/R lemonade, in the shaker, is it lemonade to the lemonade line or is it to the base line and then water to the water line?
My store has raspberry and people are ordering raspberry lemonades and idk which way to make it is right.

lemonade is already cut so it’s to the lemonade/water line if u even want to put it in the shaker. if i were u i would just put raspberry in the bottom of the cup and then lemonade to the top black line and then ice

This is what I thought, but I was told we still cut it again with water for lemonades.

it’s the matcha lemonade that gets cut with water, plain-o lemonade is jus straight up lemonade

I pulled the recipe cards for this recently.
Lemonade does not get cut unless it’s a matcha lemonade (though it’s not very tasty then).

You aren’t supposed to shake lemonades. And don’t add water to it
