What should I do here? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Today I'm at a loss. Lately there have been several instances where I got the implication that I'm terrible at my work and a bad coworker.

The general list:
-when I was on window and was told I need a strawberry funnel cake frap. She said that it was there but that one had a shot in it (for the next car). She blamed me for giving the wrong drink when in reality she just didn't make the frap. When the car for the regular frap, she convinced the customer to take the drink with a shot in it.

She proceeded to shit talk me right next to me going "was it that hard to tell me we needed another frap" and so on. But when the customer came to complain to her and get on her case, she was really nice and sweet to me so I can tell the manager it wasn't really her fault even though it was.

-when I said the bag of grounds was too heavy for me to carry, my shift aggressively said "for you?!" And when I was doing the trash taking today (several days later), I commented on how one trash was super heavy. She said "is it actually heavy this time"

The answer is yes. Because someone put all the cold brew grounds into one trash bag.

-i get told multiple times today I'm not doing my job right even though I'm literally trying to follow the CS cycle as much as I can but if I'm taking a customer order and the brew cycle goes off. I'm not going to stop talking to them, brew fresh pike and go back.

-while talking to people on the headset, I got told I'm talking too much and not working...in the middle of dishes. Like dishes take so much brain power.

But in top of that, my coworkers are talking so much more than me. Like when I'm part of the conversation, then it becomes an issue.

-when I mentioned I was starting to have a migraine so I might eave early because when it hits bad I straight up see in two and am unable to function. I ask if that's OK and my shift says "well you're not giving me a choice in this" but my coworker constantly leaves early or comes late without getting in trouble.

And this is just a handful of things. I really don't know what to do here other than just flat out quitting. Anyone have advice?

If you enjoy the job I'd recommend transferring to a different store. If you don't I would just leave. I'm really sorry that you're being put through something like this and I hope things get better!

Definitely tell your store manager if you haven’t already. If that doesn’t clear things up, I would consider transferring if you can. I’m in a similar situation, except I can’t transfer because I don’t have a car and the store I work at is within walking distance of my house.
