edit: just ran out of cold brew and about to run out of coffee syrup and the creme syrup for the Frappuccino’s!

We didn’t get any cups on our last order

My store has gotten other stores orders, in addition to our own, for the last two trucks. Too bad most of it is useless to us. We have so much stuff that can't go anywhere because those products literally aren't moving.

We're out of Pumpkin too! So many people have said to us "It's fall what do you mean you don't have pumpkin?!" I can't wait to deal with this all weekend 🙃

We opened our store on Friday. Our food delivery didn't arrive... We only had crisps to sell.
We also didn't have any whipped cream, apart from one gallon of double cream to make our own (lasted about 3 hours before we ran out). No milk jugs for the bagged milks on the bar, had to buy them from the supermarket to make do. Oh, and I had to pick up 15 squirty creams from Asda to last us until close.
On top of that some of our equipment didn't arrive with the huge order we had to put away while the workmen were still finishing the store, but hey, we've got polos and fleeces. All in wrong sizes and not enough for everyone but who cares, right?

Ouch.

Here in the Phoenix area the company that delivers our orders doesn't have enough drivers. Our RP was supposed to come a week ago, and never showed up. We're at the point of outage that each morning when we open and the daily hasn't shown up that I have to assess what time we would mandatory need to close the store by, and then the order shows up an hour after we open. They have 100+ rp orders just sitting in the warehouse that can't be delivered because all their drivers keep quitting. I'm so sick and tired of the bullshit. I think everyone from barista to SM in our district wishes we would just close.

pumpkin spice seems to be the one thing they're capable of sending us, on our end!!

I’m one of the order receive partners at my store. We got our big order last night, and while we did get 10 cases of pumpkin spice that I quite literally couldn’t fit anywhere, we got no iced venti or trenta cups. Which we’ve been out of for days

The first order we got with pumpkin was 20 cases which is WAY WAY more then we need before another order
