The transfer process isn't all that time consuming, and also is mostly handles by your Store manager (SM) and district manager (DM). Once you know where you want to transfer you can get the form off partner hub to fill out (it's one page long) and then turn it in to your SM.

It’s not hard to transfer, the form is on the partner hub, you will have to do the work to find a store to take you, and when you do you write it on the form and your SM calls that store, the new store will be expecting the phone call. And then you transfer. If for some reason your SM and DM deny it then you need to speak with the DM in the new district or go higher to the RM
