I’m my book, the moment the letter hits the desk, things start ticking. Too bad for the SM if it is an unwelcome surprise. It’s part of the job.

You would need to submit it to the SM watching over your store because shift supervisors (SSV's) can't process termination of employment. Any of your supervisors should have their contact info
