There's some good, polite ways to say "make your own fucking monstrosity you shithead" and it's super handy to learn.

This is one of my pet peeves. If we’re busy and there’s only one person on bar why don’t some partners just make their own drink. Why stand at the hand off staring into my soul, waiting for me to bust your drink out. At my store we’re allowed to make our own drinks and stuff so it’s so irritating when it happens.

It took me his entire lunch to get his drink out and after I made it, he was shook I wasn't going to set it by the handoff for him. I said, "you can come get it yourself. I'm not your maid," sorry not sorry 🤣🤣🤣

See there's the thing, In the mornings, we don't make our own drinks because the shifts in the morning hate when you are behind bar if you're not on bar and hate when you mark out your own things on their tills. This particular coworker is used to this treatment. Plus, before he even worked here, he would mobile order at our location. However, I think it's extremely disrespectful that he does this. One time, I refused to make his venti have chip frap with almond milk and he was not happy. I'm absolutely fed up with this and it's just him who does this. 🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️ I'm starting to think he doesn't know how to make drinks.🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️

I have several coworkers that do shit like this. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be some sort of prank, or what. If I was going to do that many customizations, I’d just make the drink myself!
