If you go on the hub, you can print a transfer request form. It should be 60 days in advance. Get all the info about the store your transferring to (SM’s name, store number, date of transfer) then just give it to your current SM. They handle the rest. I’d stay in communication with the manager you’re transferring to, to ensure your current SM is doing the things they’re supposed to. Many slack on that part.
