Today we ran out of venti and trenta cups, and ended up subbing 9rders with two talls and two grandes respectively. Found out today that we're out of cold brew filters, the current today's had grounds in them and since we're out of the filters we can't double filter them and had to toss them. Which means we have 3 kegs for today AND tomorrow. And our dm refused to turn off mobile orders during the pre labor day, post church rush.
Anyway I'm working for time and a half tomorrow bit I'm this close 👌 to just lying and saying I'm sick to not deal with the afforme tinned chaos

We had the same outages with the cups! Literally the worst! Ordered them, got nothing. How can a company just stop making cups in arguably their most popular size??? It’s disastrous and we’re expected to keep smiling… I’m sorry it’s been so stressful for you, you don’t deserve this treatment or these work conditions :(

I don't get how we're supposed to function like this. We told customers that we would make two talls and two grandes obviously but like....that's essentially making two drinks....for one item per order. We were so backed up

We ran out of straws today, so we had to tell customers that if they wanted a frappuccino they would have to use a spoon. On the bright side, we barely made any frappuccinos today :P

Uhhh filter the toddies using a coffee filter in the brew basket and drain it in a cube.

Yeah that's what we ended up doing on the last cube we had but also we were in a nonstop rush so it's not like we had time to do it either
