Is this allowed? Because I have a pod meeting from 1-2pm and then my actual shift is 3-9pm. Will the iPad let me clock in for both?

Yes it will! I have to do that for training, my manager schedules a 15 minute break between our shift ending and training starting so we don’t get a lunch lol. Once you clock out from the meeting and then go to clock back in later, the 3-9 shift time will show.

Aww that sucks that they do that so you don’t get a lunch :(. Will it still work even though the meeting isn’t technically scheduled? I had to switch to a different pod meeting last minute so it doesn’t show on partner hours, just my shift shows. Will it still work? Like will they both still show up? Thanks so much

Ohhhh I’m not actually sure about that, if it doesn’t show up in partner hours then I would assume it won’t show up on the ipad. Safest bet would be to write your meeting time in the book, then just use the ipad to clock in for your normal shift :)

Usually even if it doesn’t show up you can just hit override and it’ll let you clock in
