I was at window and a lady pulled up saying she forgot to ask for her friend's caramel macch upside down. I said no problem. I caught the drink in time when the shot was just finishing up so I told bar to make it upside down. Done. And when I handed it off, the piece of work in the passenger seat said with a mad attitude and I quote "Are you sure this is upside down? You better not have f*cked it up!!!"

She gave me a look, and tasted her drink to make sure it was upside down.

Like ma'am, YOU forgot to ask for your damn drink upside down at the box and you're giving ME attitude??? And even if it wasn't upside down, that's no way to treat another human being over a f*cking drink????

I hope she has the day she deserves.
