You can take whatever classes you want that are offered online, but you are limited to 135 credit hours. The classes are 7.5 weeks long. Anymore accelerated than that then I think I would die.

A and B terms are 7.5 weeks, C term is 15 weeks for spring and fall. A and B are 6 weeks during the summer and 12 for C (I think?).
I took 2 classes per term last summer and it kicked my ass. I'm doing 3 classes per term for 18 units total this semester and it's kicking my ass super hard with opening the store 5 days a week. 😂

I guess it depends on your major. I'm a tech/design major and it's a lot of tedious work. Learning how to code in one class and doing design projects in another. It doesn't make it any better that it's my first time back in school in a decade. lol Also, I'm one of the main openers at work so I'm always exhausted when I get off of work but I still have to do a bunch of school work after. lol
