**What happened yesterday:**
Customer at drive window: um these drinks are bitter and too sweet m, this happens everytime! Can someone else make them?
Me, DTR: im so sorry about that, I’ll have them remade for you rn
*via headset to a coworker* can you remake these drinks?
Coworker: oh hell nah *comes over to the window* *to the customer in an passive aggressive tone* I’ll remake them for you but the only reason why it taste bad is Bc a lot of people do it wrong but I try to follow the standard. You can come to the front and we will give it to you *goes to remake it*
**few minutes later**
*customer asks to speak to manager while recording*
*shift supervisor pulls me aside*
SS: hey you need to be nice to customers Bc you just got a complaint
Me: i didn’t do anything I just told her we will remake it, the only person who talked also was [coworker] and she was kinda aggressive ngl
SS: makes sense Bc it’s not your nature to do so
*lectures my coworker and she goes into a fit*
**later while on my 30**
SS: just to let you know, [coworker] threw you under the bus and tried to blame you for her actions. We got some people like her who are jealous of you Bc you get more hours. The only reason why you didn’t get in trouble with [manager] and me is Bc we both know you’ll stay quiet and compliant so we can vouch for you if that happens again
