This is just virtue signaling, and will do nothing. Starbucks only learns when they’re shamed through the media.

1. Doubt it’s actually anonymous
2. They don’t care. They just want you to think they do.

I’m gonna ask for 52 Lyra sessions instead of 20 bc I really need therapy and it’s been so hard finding a new therapist since the one I saw through Lyra doesn’t take my insurance :(

I hate being this guy, but literally every partner at Starbucks could fill this out telling corporate about the labor shortage and they’d come out and say that they’ve heard our complaints and so they’re adding another Lyra mental health session or something equally ridiculous. They know there’s labor shortages, and they know we’re all miserable. They. Don’t. Care. All they care about is money. We are literally shit on the shoe of everyone at corporate and that will never change no matter how much they see us complaining. They would step on us all if it meant getting one more dollar at the end of the year.

They send us surveys every two weeks, to those signed up. I go off and tell them every time how horrible things are in my store and how it’s the same everywhere else. They don’t ever do a damn thing about it. I don’t think that this is going to be any different. It’s just another wall for us to talk to.

This type of stuff is just for the media to post articles about how amazing Starbucks is and why you should work/shop there. Nothing but virtue signaling.
