Other guy pretty much covered all your bases…
For cold brew you just grind the beans on frenchpress into your lined toddy and add 7 L of water over the grinds, tie the bag and 7 L of water outside the bag.. unless you have the new cold brew things (we have them but our SM doesn’t wanna use it yet) idk how that one works but yea

1. Yes, for now. The other refreshers are supposed to be changing so that they too will be diluted. But as of today only the strawberry acai needs to be diluted.
2. Im sorry this one has too many steps for me to explain over the internet x\_x
3. For the iced london fog, it is 1/2/2 tea bags for a tall/grande/venti. I brew it hot in a short or tall cup (I think...short is standard, but sometimes they will ask for light ice, so I modify it.) After 5 minutes of letting it steep (use your phone timer if your store has no random timers lying around), I get a shaker, pour hot tea to the bottom line, then the milk and vanilla. Finally I put the ice in and shake it.
4. Coffee scoops...depends on if you are brewing a full, half, of a quarter batch. Respectively, it's gonna be 4, 2, and 1 scoop. Remember that the blonde roast gets the special blue handle scoop, dark and pike use the one with the black handle.
5. "Aerate the milk for 6-8 seconds" is the standard guideline I think. But as you aerate, you have to move the pitcher down, to accommodate the rising foam level. ...This one is kind of hard to explain over the internet as well oops.

These questions would be better answered on the Starbucks discord. That’s too much company info to say on Reddit. https://discord.gg/starbucks
And your store should understand you not knowing these things. We have partners in the same situation where they don’t know things they never needed to know. Likewise I don’t know anything about cleanplay.
