Customer came through drive and got 8 fraps, 4 ventis had to be remade at the window bc she forgot to order them with nonfat milk, no whip & no drizzle. How do you forget ALL of that??? It’s been nonstop since I got here too & I’m solo drive bar 😅 Send prayers

after hard shifts i always black out on everything that happened bc i was so miserable. when the $ pops into my bank account i’ll probably be happy lol, but not rn.

It’s been awhile since a day was this bad. I’ve never noticed a cafe ticket come out fifteen minutes later at our store before. I know high volume stores experience that normally but we are a low volume store and staffed accordingly. We had people leave and come back before we finished drinks.

*luckily* she said something before she took them, so she just waited at the window for the four remakes. my coworkers took 2 of the normal ones & we gave the other two out. she was not about to get 4 ventis for free bc she doesn’t know how to order
