definitely consider transferring before deciding to quit the company. all the partners i know and have worked with (from my store and several others in my district) are way more supportive than it sounds like at your store :/ transfer and hopefully a new store will have a better team!

If transferring doesn’t work then I recommend looking into being a waiter because they make more money due to tips which would help your financial goal of moving out
