Personally as long as your communicating what's going on with the customer and the person making drinks is doing the best they can then that's all you can do. My store has a policy of giving recovery cards if they complain too much. However I wouldn't worry about it.

Hang in there💕 I'm 3 months in and I promise it gets better! I was a put on solo drive one of my very first shifts and it was soooo stressful. I was shaking and just wanted it to end. All I wanted to do was avoid that position. Admittedly, it's still my least favorite position but it's not near as stressful anymore! Practice does help! You'll learn a routine and rhythm that works for you. Also, if you feel overwhelmed don't be afraid to ask for support! Your partners are your team💛
