maybe this was the 575th modded out frap this team had to make this hour. just because you didn’t see other customers doesn’t mean they maybe hadn’t just dealt with some bad ones, explaining the frustrated tone of the DTO.
some partners feel like you should only order modded out drinks at your own store, or during your own shift. your order isn’t too complicated, but just keep in mind that some partners DO feel this way.
nevertheless yeah it was totally rude and uncalled for to treat you like that, and yes, bananas should be covered by the partner numbers. sorry you had to go through this ):
also just a pet peeve but… mcdonalds sells ~frappes~ we sell frappuccinos 😊
