I can’t think of a more labour intensive bev than the iced shaken espresso with brown sugar *and* Malt Powder, topped off with Salted cold foam. Hated making it but did I immediately make one for myself? Yes!

We don't have cold foam really here in the UK (Just on the Cold Foam Cappuccino) but people always ask for drizzle. Not everything needs a load of sugar in it everyone.

That liquid silicone that is being injected isn’t an implant, your friend shouldn’t be consulting an implant specialist because it’s free silicone. I’m sorry for your friend but if I may ask, did she ask any questions or do any research? It won’t cause cancer at least not for a very long time, but she will develop silicone granulomas & it will eventually form very hard lumps. Look up “valdir segato” he is a man who injected something very similar (including silicone.) that’s where you should start your search to help her, also “biopolymer removal” is very big in Miami because many women from South America do the same thing. It’s very popular in the transgender community also. I’ll pray for her
