Sorry but if a customer gets that upset over fucking drizzle, they need to reevaluate their priorities lmao

I’ll often pull out my phone, open the menu on the app and have a look at the beverage in question, just out of curiosity, and sometimes the customer is right, the drizzle is on the menu item. But it doesn’t really matter if it’s “comes” that way or not, if they want it they get it, often with an upcharge. There is no “Caramel Creme Frappuccino” on the US menu so there’s no right or wrong way, it’s just up to the customer to instruct us. I use the “syrup Creme” button on the POS. By the way, before someone pedantically weighs in, I always thoroughly wash my hands after checking the Starbucks app with a customer on the floor
