Try and always keep your bar clean and well in order. Take the habit of putting things where they belong. Being a fast barista has a lot to do with muscle memory, it'll take some time to build it, but trust me, knowing where things are without having to think about it is key.

When you first get put on bar, try and take a few seconds to get things situated in the same spots. It doesn't take very long at all but it helps a lot I feel

Come up with a beverage sequencing routine that works for you. Do not force yourself to follow a book just because they tell you. Make sure you only pull stickers that you can do at the same time otherwise it gets confusing, make sure to be aware of where everything is.
