I think it’s a law in the states that restaurants provide free water. I also think in other states if a business serves alcohol they’re required to provide water when asked.

Yes, 100%. I would rather have a water ordered through the system than have somebody "sorry to bother me" when I'm slammed on Mobile. Not that I mind hooking people up with triple-filtered elixir of life, it just throws off my rhythm a bit.
