Id cook some cabbage or fish dish in the oven for about 30 minutes then explain that it would be heated in a microwave in 4 minutes

I’m allergic to gluten so none of our food is a good meal for me so I rely on having a microwave at my store. One time I covered a shift at another store and brought a Mexican style rice bowl and they looked at me with 3 heads when I asked where the microwave was. Sat in cafe eating cold rice for lunch lol
