So I’m trying to figure out how much my raise will be. I make 10 dollars an hour and I was hired in June 2021. Will I be making 12 dollars an hour because that’s the new minimum wage or will I be making 12 dollars an hour + the 5% raise they were talking about because I made the cutoff of being hired before July 2021? I’m so confused! Thanks in advance

Im assuming the new $12 minimum wage has nothing to do with Starbucks and just the county you live in raising the wage? If that’s the case then yeah it would be $12 + the 5% raise
