Definitely a problem with your location. While we have the new bars, we do a full clean in the morning and a million billion trillion rinses throughout the day. Tell your district manager and get it sorted out!

Seems like it’s just your location. We have the new machines with an automatic 30-minute cleaning cycle that we set up with cleaner every night at close. I don’t know anything about real espresso machines, but I’m sure there should be a nightly cleaning routine at the very least.
