4. Coffee OR creme frap bases (so no frappuccinos)

6. Lemonade
7. Every sandwich except the Imp*ssible shite

9. Dark Caramel
10. 2% milk
11. Dark Roast drip coffee
12. Strawberry Açaí
Plus, our sticker machines broke :)

Think I got you beat. We have
-No non-dairy

So essentially once we run out of beans you can have a glass of cow milk and that's about it :)

Yeah it's a cool lime base, water, dried lime slice, ice, shaken in a tea shaker! It's honestly SO good, I put gin in it once bc I live 15 minutes from work. Good times!!

We don't have fraps so we can do hot teas, or iced with no lemonade. We can do the cool lime refresher, but we don't have strawberries for acai or pink coconut :')

There was one morning I came in to my store at 8am. The power was out for everything but lights. So on a pouring rain March morning, we could only serve iced coffee, iced tea, or cold pastries. Cash only. Was like that through all of peak before an electrician could fix it around 1130am. Manager was there trying to keep everyone positive

Your sm should have just closed your store. i am so so sorry.
Edit: your district manager, cause from what I am seeing at my own store my store manager might want to close cause it’s ridiculous to stay open, but her hands are tied and she’s at the mercy of the district and regional managers. 😬

I agree, you absolutely shouldn't be open. If Starbucks can't staff and stock their stores they should close and combine. Your store clearly isn't making money. They should take your partners and what little stock you have, and use it in another store. Then instead of two understaffed, understocked stores they can fill one store and actually staff it (and properly use labour) and potentially have more stock. A Starbucks on every block isn't sustainable. I genuinely have no idea how this company even makes money at this point. If one store doesn't have what people want they're likely to go somewhere else, so they should cut out the extra step and condense the amount of stores.
I'm in Canada and a store that's not even close to us is closed because of staffing issues and guess what, people are driving out of their way to come to us. We are slammed. It doesn't matter how many stores they have because people will still go to Starbucks even if it's out of their way.
