They're short-staffed pretty bad right now so they'll probably hire just about anyone. There are really no questions you should ask to help you get the job, only if you need clarification on something or want to know more about something.

I’d dress business casual. The job is casual but you want to look nice. They ask pretty average interview questions like 1. Name a time you had a disagreement with a coworker & how you resolved it. 2. If a customer received the wrong thing how would you handle it etc., just basic interview questions you could look up. By how you described your personality, I think you would be a perfect fit! Good luck!!! 💕

it’s the worst job i’ve ever had in my life and the customers are incredibly disrespectful

Really? How are the other employees

baristas are great, management expects you to put your entire life on hold for the job tho. and if you don’t come in when needed they’ll make you feel bad about it. it’s pretty fucked at starbies especially after covid

Today was my third day, I wore a floral short sleeve button down and nice jeans to my interview though I also had very relevant experience on my resumé. I think if your personality shines through and you show you have a good work ethic and good availability you should be fine c:

Talk about your ability to connect with customers, start conversation and handling upset customers. As a store manager, I know that leadership is pretty focused on customer connection, everything else like making drinks and such is teachable. Ask about benefits. Wear something casual but presentable. Just be friendly and interested in the job, make sure they know you’re reliable and willing to work well with your team.
