I've worked in multiple other jobs and starbucks is by far the most stressful!! There are so many other jobs hiring right now too, so I think it's a great time to leave! Your hard work will be appreciated at another job! Starbucks just takes and takes and takes. I'm considering doing the same damn thing! I'm just waiting to cash out my stocks in November then I'm outie! Good luck!!

"misplaced aggression towards the job" -- your SM is the devil

dont let someone tell you that youll never find a job less stressful because honestly i think literally any other job is less stressful than this one at starbucks. YOU know how you feel. if you feel burned out and overworked, it probably is because you are. im sure the baristas that left did it for the same reason that you're saying.

i havent left my job at the siren but im looking into it. and i know a lot of my coworkers who are feeling the same too. find another job. im sure youll find one thatll treat you so much better than this one. take a break. fuck starbucks. the stress is not worth it

I'm a grown ass lady in my 30s with a lot of different industries and positions in my career background. This is absolutely the single most stressful job I've ever had. Fuck your SM big time... I would quit or transfer.

I saw another post on this subreddit that answered this question pretty well. To paraphrase, "If you're trying to decide whether or not to quit, you should quit. If the job was worth it you wouldn't be debating on quitting"
