I’m so excited I’m finally leaving my Kroger Starbucks. I’m moving to a partner store w no drive thru so I’m hoping the environment will be about the same, obviously busier but we’ll have more hands on deck. Idk how many people work a kiosk I know at some places it’s nice but my location has been terrible. We have the business from 3 Starbucks in the area who close early at noon. And usually only 1-2 people at max. It’s been so stressful. Does anyone have any tips for the transition if you’ve experienced it?? And also HOW DO YOU GET THROUGH THE LAST TWO WEEKS. I was hoping getting paid was enough to motivate me but I literally am so close to not showing up this last week.
