be nice to fellow partners! (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by alteredrealityz
today was a typical busy saturday afternoon, and we happened to get a very rude partner from a different store order in drive thru. he first tried to tell my coworker that all the ingredients in the drink he ordered was wrong, and then when i asked for his ID he yelled at me for it. we asked what store ur worked at and he happens to work in my stores district. my sm contacted his sm to let him know. i don’t get the audacity of some people, we all work for the same company!!!

me too! apparently the sm from his store has said that this partner has been an issue recently, i hope they’re able to resolve it soon because the way he talked to my coworker and i is ridiculous!!

Sadly a lot of partners catch attitude about being asked to show ID for numbers. I'm always happy to show mine to protect my numbers.

Yeah, it’s kind of ridiculous. Like—it’s for your own protection, dude. If someone else is using your numbers, you’re the one that’s gonna get in trouble.

Omg ! I am a new partner and someone from my store got salty about me asking them for their ID to verify. “Like you do know I work at this store, right?” I hit them back with “no, i do not. I am new so i would like to see your id”
