Just like the title, I get crazy migraines often and sometimes the visor is a trigger, even if I don’t have it super tight. I’ve seen others wear bandanas with hair tied back and headbands with hair tied back. Headbands would be looser on my head but I can secure down. I would just wanna wear a plain black one.

Oh interesting! Can I ask what state? I bet it’s for keeping hair out of food so your manager may be willing to compromise with a headband/bandana/hairnet, especially since this is causing you pain.

I’m in Massachusetts! I’m definitely going to ask cus I’ve seen it done in other stores but I’m always nervous to just do it

Definitely worth asking! My store (AL) just requires you cover your hair somehow. I've seen people wear the starbucks hats, beanies, and bandanas as well. As long as it keeps our hair back and away from the drinks☺️ (Except for backwards baseball caps bc a customer said we 'looked like hoodlums'🙂)
