A well-intentioned manager made and posted this sign on our drive through menu. It was there for a week before a customer told me about the misspelling. Perhaps we should be training for a spelling bee.

Pff, my manager wrote 'inconvence' on an A-frame in my drive-thru and I pointed it out to her and she was like, "Damn it. Oh well, I don't feel like going correct it."

But . . . the message is great! Customers need to understand that partners have to be able to build speed and should be patient or get out of line. I wish my store leadership would post something like this minus any misspelling

I'm pretty sure we had "Casi Cielo" spelled wrong for multiple weeks before anyone cared enough to fix the sign lol
