We had someone like that at my store, I charged him one time for the extra milk and he had a fuss about it, asked for the manager and when the manager heard what he said and why he was upset my manager told him to order a latte since that’s what he was trying to get as a coffee. The dude was not happy and told he was going to call corporate, my manager gave him the number directly lol

I don't like this, but there kinda isn't anything wrong with it on some level. Were you with the company before COVID? If yes you know we used to have one or more carafes at the condiment bar, and there's nothing stopping them from dumping that whole thing into their cup.

Literally yes. Someone ordered a quad espresso macchiato in a grande cup just like this! ‘bone dry’ and I was like umm isn’t that just an extra dry cappuccino or???? You just don’t want to pay $10 for your cap + extra shots but like literally that espresso macchiato drink is made in a short cup *for a reason*, so their trying to cheat the system is extremely annoying.
