It used a meringue powder so it was fluffier (I guess would be the way to describe it) than regular cold foam.
I think I’m in the minority but the cloud foam macchiato actually tasted pretty good to me.

Probably healthier than this VSCCF we’re cranking out, edit: or less unhealthy, less saturated fat. But not everyone can consume egg components
